Service Description
The original 8 week mindfulness course. You will learn ways to practice mindfulness meditation and, by the end of the 8 weeks, you will have developed a regular daily mindfulness practice and be experiencing the results of this in your day-to-day life.
A 30 minute minimum daily time commitment over the full 8 weeks is required for this course, plus a weekly meeting online for 2 hours.
