Service Description

Chanting has been proven to have many benefits to our wellbeing and it's a lot of fun too. In each session we will chant for mind, body and soul wellbeing with chants from various traditions in sanskrit, indigenous languages, and even English sometimes. Sometimes we will use movement and mudra, maybe dance, and sometimes we will become very still. Be ready for expansion, receptivity and wisdom. You can have a one-to-one session, put together your own small group or join an ongoing group if available. No experience necessary. Can be adapted for all abilities.
