Service Description

In this session you will experience how a variety of breath regulation practises can impact body, mind and emotions - to energize or to bring a sense of calm. You will discover how you are able to effect the nervous system, by activating the stress response to improve resilience and stamina, or by activating the rest & recuperate response to calm and heal - and all of this by simply breathing and moving with awareness. In my teaching, I draw on both traditional and modern practices, which, with the extensive research of the last few decades, are beginning to meet, as the science backs the age old wisdom of yoga. Fully guided - no experience necessary, Adapted for all levels (can be done seated).
